Fitness International is a fast-paced, fast-growing health club company with over 700 clubs in the U.S. and Canada. We are launching a new luxury fitness brand in the Irvine, CA area, and are looking for one person to be the club's Facility Manager. The ideal candidate will:

Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc) Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs Make adjustments and minor repairs Stock and maintain supply rooms Cooperate with the rest of the staff Committed to holding the upmost safety and sanitation standards Perform other duties/ tasks/ projects as assigned Computer knowledge to order parts in our PO system, check them in, and document repairs online Maintain a neat and clean appearance at all times, despite the "unclean" nature of some repair work Ability to move and lift equipment 50-75 Ibs, always keeping safety in mind Basic drywall and plumbing repair Ability to walk/stand for 8 hours a day Passion for fitness/health/wellness/enjoy being around others and working with the general public Experience with maintenance required; general knowledge of HVAC and/or electrical equipment preferred; general mechanical skills in connection with hand and power tools; general mechanical knowledge with washer/dryers and plumbing work preferred.
