This role is vital in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our facilities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high standards of cleanliness and maintenance. Your efforts will ensure that our spaces are well-kept, hygienic, and conducive to productivity and comfort for everyone who uses them. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of all areas including floors, restrooms, offices, hallways, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies. Conduct routine floor care such as sweeping, mopping. Handle trash removal and recycling processes efficiently to uphold cleanliness standards. Perform light custodial tasks such as dusting surfaces Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored after use. Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents or hazards during cleaning activities. Requirements Proven experience in janitorial or custodial work, preferably with commercial or industrial cleaning backgrounds. Knowledge of cleaning techniques Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision . Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Reliable transportation to arrive promptly for early morning shifts and weekend hours.
