We value quality, consistency, and professionalism—and we're building long-term routes for dependable cleaners.

COMPENSATION

(PER JOB) 55% pay for recurring cleanings 65% pay for deep cleans & initial cleans Typical earnings range: $25-$35+/hour , with top performers earning more based on speed and quality. Pay increases over time with strong performance, consistency, and client satisfaction.

SCHEDULE

Part-time to start Consistent recurring routes available (M/W/F or T/Th/Sat) Opportunity to grow into full-time routes as the company expands No nights or major holidays required

REQUIREMENTS

Prior residential cleaning experience (preferred or required depending on role) Reliable transportation Own professional cleaning supplies & equipment Smartphone with internet access Valid driver's license Ability to pass a background check Must be able to work independently
