Job Summary Join our dynamic cleaning team as a Cleaning Crew Member and be a vital part of maintaining a pristine, safe, and welcoming environment. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of floors, including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and floor care maintenance to ensure surfaces are spotless and well-maintained Conduct janitorial duties such as trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, restroom sanitation, and surface disinfection Utilize custodial equipment and supplies efficiently to deliver high-quality cleaning results Assist with facilities maintenance tasks when needed, including minor repairs or reporting larger issues to management Support industrial cleaning projects by handling specialized tasks like deep cleaning or equipment sanitation Maintain cleanliness logs and report any safety hazards or maintenance needs promptly Follow health and safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe working environment for all team members Requirements Prior janitorial or custodial experience preferred; experience in commercial or industrial cleaning is highly valued Knowledge of floor care techniques such as buffing, stripping, sealing, and waxing Ability to operate cleaning machinery and tools safely and effectively Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering exceptional cleanliness standards Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Join us in creating clean, safe spaces that make a difference every day!
