$15.00 per hour Join a Growing Professional Cleaning Team Eco-Cleanology is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technicians to support residential, apartment, and commercial cleaning services throughout Fort Bend County. This position begins on a casual/on-call basis and is ideal for individuals looking for flexible work opportunities with the potential for additional hours based on business needs, availability, and performance. Responsibilities Clean residential homes, apartments, offices, and common areas Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors Clean and sanitize kitchens and bathrooms Disinfect high-touch surfaces Empty trash and replace liners Follow company cleaning procedures and quality standards Properly use cleaning products and equipment Communicate professionally with team members and clients Schedule Flexible scheduling based on client demand Primarily daytime shifts Monday through Friday Occasional evening commercial cleaning opportunities Hours may vary week to week Qualifications Reliable and dependable Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout a shift Reliable transportation required Cleaning experience is helpful but not required Training & Support Paid training provided Clear cleaning systems and procedures Ongoing coaching and support from management Compensation & Benefits Starting pay: $15.00 per hour Flexible scheduling Paid training Paid time off (eligibility requirements apply) Opportunities for additional hours as business needs grow Opportunities for advancement within the company About Eco-Cleanology Eco-Cleanology is a locally owned cleaning company serving residential and commercial clients throughout the Greater Houston area.
