We are seeking a dependable Cleanroom Cleaner to help maintain a highly controlled manufacturing environment where cleanliness and attention to detail are critical to product quality. In this role, you'll perform specialized cleaning procedures, restock cleanroom supplies, and help maintain contamination control standards in a clean, climate-controlled facility. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize designated cleanroom areas, including production rooms, gowning areas, walls, floors, ceilings, and equipment surfaces. Follow established cleanroom cleaning procedures and contamination control standards. Properly wear and maintain required cleanroom garments and personal protective equipment (PPE). Restock cleanroom supplies, including gloves, masks, shoe covers, sticky mats, and other consumables. Maintain accurate cleaning logs and documentation. Safely dispose of waste materials according to company procedures. Identify and report facility maintenance concerns or contamination risks. Support production teams by maintaining clean, organized, and audit-ready work areas. Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures. Perform additional housekeeping and facility support duties as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements Education High School Diploma or GED required. Experience Previous janitorial, housekeeping, custodial, manufacturing, or cleanroom experience preferred. Experience working in electronics, medical device, pharmaceutical, laboratory, or high-tech manufacturing environments is a plus. Previous experience following detailed cleaning procedures is beneficial. Skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Ability to follow written procedures and work independently. Good organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds. Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment while wearing specialized protective clothing, including gowns, gloves, masks, and shoe covers. Ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks with precision and consistency.
