In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our commercial and residential properties. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, lobbies, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors to maintain a spotless appearance, including specialized floor care such as buffing and stripping as needed Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with established procedures Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper to ensure continuous availability Conduct routine inspections to identify areas requiring additional attention or maintenance needs Assist with industrial cleaning tasks including deep cleaning of machinery or large spaces when necessary Support minor facilities maintenance tasks like changing light bulbs or repairing fixtures to keep the environment safe and functional Skills Proven experience in commercial or residential cleaning environments with strong janitorial or custodial background Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques for various surfaces and floor care methods including buffing and stripping floors Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners effectively Familiarity with industrial cleaning procedures and facilities maintenance practices Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow safety protocols diligently Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during shifts Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting maintenance issues promptly Join us in creating clean, safe spaces that foster productivity and comfort!
