Responsibilities for the Environmental Services Technician position include: Vacuuming, moping, sweeping, dusting assigned spaces and common areas. Provide deep cleaning as needed. Clean windows and mirrors, clean and supply restrooms, remove waste and empty trash. Maintain cleaning chart indicating areas that were cleaned and inspected. Replenish cleaning and maintenance supplies. Organize janitorial storage areas. Notify supervisors about unsafe conditions or concerning the need for repairs or maintenance. Assisting as needed in other areas of the building. Additional Duties as assigned. Requirements for the Environmental Services Technician position include: Prior environmental services, cleaning, or janitorial experience is a plus. A solid work history with excellent attendance & punctuality. High school diploma/GED OR 1 to 3 years of related experience. Basic computer knowledge. Must have the ability to complete required safety classes. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Must be able to pass both background check and drug screen prior to employment.
