Part-Time Pressure Washing and Detailing Associate

Summary:

MUST Have a drivers license to apply for this position. As a Part-Time Pressure Washing and Detailing Associate, you will be integral to maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of vehicles, OHVs, heavy equipment, trailers, RVs, and anything else that can get wet. Ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality detailing services is our number 1 priority. This role requires core skills in customer service, pressure washing, auto detailing, and buffing, while also valuing your passion for the need to make it perfect. No prior experience is necessary, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to learn and develop their skills and knowledge of the detailing and pressure washing world. We work in all weather conditions, indoor and outdoor, all year long, so they can't be afraid of the climate. We are seeking someone flexible to be able to come in for schedule surges, call outs, and ultimately to open more availability in the off hours. The best fit for this position is someone that has available hours to work during allocated times but doesn't have to have consistent hours if there is no work for a week or so. This position can be full time but is starting out part time as needed until fully trained or another position opens up. Hours are flexible and to be discussed during interview. Training will need to be during normal business hours of Monday

• Friday 8am-5pm primarily, or occasionally Saturdays.

We are flexible and can work around school/life schedules for the right individual. A valid drivers license is required. Candidate also needs to have reliable transportation to get to and from our shop and a working smart phone for time keeping and work schedule apps. Experience with driving pickup trucks towing a trailer is a plus but we will teach the right person.

Must be able to pass a background check (No felonies due to insurance and contract requirements). Responsibilities Perform detailing and pressure washing services on vehicles, equipment, and fleets. Ensure all surfaces are thoroughly cleaned from all directions. Attention to detail is a must! Safely operate pressure washing equipment while utilizing proper PPE and jobsite safety procedures. Maintain a valid driver's license and operate company and customer vehicles as required. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery. Troubleshoot and adapt to machine or equipment issues to ensure the work gets done. Minor repairs to machines, hoses, and other company equipment. Use of small hand tools will be required. Answer questions for customers and give quotes when approached. Communicate with customers about timing, quality, or any concerns before, during, and after the job. Work alone or with a crew depending on task at hand. Must be able to get the job done unsupervised and ensure the quality of their own work meets the expectations. Must be flexible to clean vehicles, able to climb onto heavy equipment, hold on to buffers at different heights for extended periods of time, move and climb ladders, and able to work outdoors in the heat/cold. DOT physical is required for all employees for local operation of small vehicles.
