In this role, you will lead a team of skilled cleaners to deliver exceptional service, ensure safety compliance, and maintain high standards of cleanliness on all assigned projects. Duties Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of window cleaning professionals to complete daily assignments efficiently and to high standards Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide ongoing coaching to ensure safety protocols and quality expectations are met Conduct site inspections to assess cleaning needs, verify safety procedures, and ensure equipment is used properly Operate specialized equipment such as chairs/harness, poles, and lifts safely for high-reach window cleaning tasks Coordinate schedules with clients and team members to optimize workflow and meet project deadlines Maintain detailed records of work performed, safety checks, and equipment maintenance logs Promote a culture of safety by enforcing OSHA regulations and company policies at all times Skills Proven experience in high rise commercial window cleaning cleaning Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of cleaning techniques, tools, and safety procedures specific to high-reach window washing Experience operating lifts and harness systems safely and confidently Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain meticulous records of work activities Physical stamina and dexterity necessary for manual cleaning tasks and operating equipment Join us as a Window Cleaner Team Lead where your energy fuels our success!
