Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Janitor/Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our facilities. This vital role ensures that all areas are kept in great condition, candidate will bring energy, dedication, and a strong work ethic to keep our spaces spotless and well-maintained. This is a government building so you must be willing to submit to a background check if asked. You can come in to clean anytime between 6pm-12am and it takes 2 hours to clean on Tuesdays and Fridays. In November it will go to cleaning on Fridays and go back to two days a week in April. Must be 18 or older. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across all designated areas. Maintain cleanliness of restrooms by sanitizing fixtures, replenishing supplies, and ensuring hygiene standards are met. Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to ensure a hazard-free environment for everyone. Support other custodial or porter duties as needed to ensure the overall cleanliness and safety of the facility
