Job Summary Residential House Cleaner - Job Summary We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our residential cleaning team. Our cleaners work in private homes providing high-quality cleaning services that help our clients maintain comfortable, well-kept spaces. Shifts take place Monday-Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM , with no weekends required . However, weekend hours may be available for those who would like additional work. Individual cleaning jobs typically range from 2-8 hours , depending on the home and service requested. This position offers a flexible schedule , and we work to build schedules around our cleaners' availability whenever possible.

Responsibilities may include:

Work Location:

In person Duties Perform comprehensive residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothes and linens with care and efficiency. Conduct detailed floor care including carpet cleaning, polishing hard floors, and maintaining overall floor hygiene. Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed meticulously to promote a healthy living environment. Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients, addressing their specific needs, and ensuring their satisfaction. Manage janitorial responsibilities such as restocking supplies, emptying trash bins, and maintaining cleaning equipment in optimal condition. Assist with light household chores like cooking or organizing upon request to enhance client comfort and convenience. Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial work; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation standards. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally. Ability to handle laundry tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with janitorial equipment and cleaning products; experience with housekeeper management is advantageous. Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the day.
