If you are detail-oriented, enjoy leading others, and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service, we'd love to meet you. Compensation
  • $20.00 per hour
  • Keep 100% of your customer tips
  • Additional $10 per house when using your own vehicle
  • Approximately 25-35 hours per week (depending on client demand) Responsibilities
  • Lead and support a residential cleaning team.
  • Ensure every home meets MagiClean quality standards.
  • Train and coach new team members.
  • Communicate with the office regarding schedules and customer requests.
  • Perform detailed residential cleaning.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service. Requirements
  • Own reliable vehicle (required).
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
  • ITIN Number or registered LLC required (1099 Independent Contractor).
  • Previous residential cleaning experience required.
  • Leadership experience preferred.
  • Must be dependable, organized, and punctual.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States. Schedule
  • Monday through Friday.
