Front Counter Assistant / Porter

Jensen Auto Service Jensen Auto Service is looking for a dependable, energetic, and customer-focused team member to join our front office support team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and learning the automotive industry in a fast-paced environment. This position supports our service advisors and management team by helping keep the front counter running smoothly while learning valuable automotive service operations skills.

Responsibilities Include:

Shuttling customers to and from home or work Delivering vehicles for sublet repairs and coordinating pickups Answering overflow phone calls and assisting customers Greeting customers and helping create a positive first impression Keeping inventory and shop supplies stocked and organized Assisting with parts ordering and tracking Learning how to build parts estimates and quotes Supporting the service advisor team with daily operations Helping maintain a clean and professional front office environment

What We're Looking For:

Positive attitude and strong communication skills Reliable and punctual Comfortable using computers and learning new systems Organized and able to multitask Clean driving record Customer service experience is a plus Automotive knowledge is helpful but not required — we are willing to train the right person

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:30
