Job Description
Job Overview Join our team as a Highway Patrol Janitor and play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our highway patrol facility. This position is 1.5 hours a night Monday - Friday for a total of about 7.5 hours a week. Must be able to pass a background check due to the location being cleaned and be 18 or older. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of indoorareas, including patrol stations, offices, restrooms, parking lots, and walkways Conduct detailed floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain a spotless environment Handle custodial tasks including trash removal, restocking supplies, and disinfecting high-touch surfaces to promote health and safety Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently, including vacuums, buffers, and industrial cleaning tools Support industrial cleaning projects when needed to ensure large-scale sanitation standards are met
