This is a commission‑only, role for someone who knows how to talk to homeowners, generate interest, and close simple service sales. You'll work in local neighborhoods, introduce homeowners to our cleaning packages, and book jobs directly into our schedule. No office, no hourly requirements, and no micromanagement, you earn when you produce. Perfect for experienced door‑to‑door reps, solar/pest/alarm salespeople, or anyone who thrives on flexible, performance‑based income. This role is 100% commission‑based. If you are looking for hourly pay or a salary, this position is not a match. Responsibilities Generate new residential window‑cleaning leads by engaging homeowners in local neighborhoods Represent High Standards for ClearPeak's and its customers Book jobs directly into the schedule using the provided pricing sheet and script Upsell when appropriate Communicate job details clearly (customer name, address, time, number, ect) Follow up with interested homeowners to secure bookings Represent ClearPeak professionally while working independently in the field Maintain consistent weekly activity to keep the job pipeline full Coordinate with the owner to confirm bookings and ensure smooth handoff Work self‑directed without supervision, micromanagement, or set hours Qualifications Previous experience in door‑to‑door, field sales, or home‑service sales (solar, pest control, alarms, roofing, cable, etc.) Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with homeowners Self‑motivated and able to work independently without supervision Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods Reliable transportation to travel between neighborhoods Ability to follow a simple pitch and pricing structure Professional appearance and attitude when representing ClearPeak Basic phone skills for sending job details and follow‑ups Consistency and dependability — shows up, communicates, and produces Comfortable with commission‑only pay and performance‑based income This is a commission‑only contractor role. You earn based on the jobs you book. There is no hourly pay, no salary, and no office requirement .You must be comfortable working independently in the field and speaking with homeowners. Clear, consistent communication is required to ensure smooth scheduling and job handoff. Reliable transportation is necessary to move between neighborhoods. This role is ideal for experienced door‑to‑door reps or anyone who thrives on flexible, performance‑based income.
