This energetic role offers the opportunity to work independently while ensuring commercial and residential spaces are thoroughly cleaned and well-maintained. Your dedication will help create a pristine atmosphere for clients, visitors, and staff, all while enjoying a rewarding, fast-paced work environment that values your contribution. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning of hallways, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, Scrubb and to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and shine Handle janitorial duties including trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, remove trash and sanitizing surfaces to ensure hygiene standards are met Maintain industrial cleaning tasks in large facilities or warehouses, including equipment cleaning and debris removal Assist with custodial responsibilities related to facilities maintenance, ensuring all areas are safe and functional for daytime operations Support porter activities by moving furniture or equipment as needed and reporting maintenance issues promptly Follow safety protocols and use proper cleaning chemicals to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services with a focus on commercial or industrial environments Knowledge of floor care techniques such as buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing floors Ability to operate cleaning machinery including buffers and floor scrubbers effectively Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks during shift hours Reliable with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently during night shifts Nice-to-have skills include residential painting experience or additional facilities maintenance knowledge Join us in delivering exceptional cleanliness standards that make every space inviting!
