Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Night Cleaner to join our team, ensuring our facilities remain spotless. As a Night Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall upkeep of our spaces. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help create a pristine environment for staff and visitors alike. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with janitorial, custodial, or facilities maintenance experience to contribute to a well-maintained and professional setting. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including floors, restrooms, pet kennels, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies Conduct floor care activities such as buffing, mopping, sweeping, and polishing to ensure surfaces are spotless and well-maintained Handle trash removal and restocking of supplies to uphold hygiene standards Use industrial cleaning tools and techniques for deep cleaning tasks when necessary Maintain cleanliness of windows, walls, fixtures, and other surfaces to uphold high standards of presentation Assist with minor maintenance tasks related to facilities upkeep or report issues requiring professional repair Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to ensure a secure working environment Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, custodial duties or facilities maintenance preferred Ability to operate cleaning machinery including floor buffers and industrial vacuums safely and effectively Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy equipment or supplies throughout the shift Prior porter or industrial cleaning experience is a plus; familiarity with residential painting or other maintenance tasks is advantageous Join us as a Night Cleaner and be part of a team committed to maintaining clean, safe environments that support our operational excellence.
