Starting Total Hourly Pay:

$15•20 per hour, depending on performance,

Plus Tips Starting Base Hourly Pay:

Day Shift:

Begins around 7 to 8am, availability needed for as late as 6pm, often finish earlier. This is primarily a Window cleaning position where you'll clean windows at residential sites, commercial sites, and new-construction sites, including interior and exterior windows. In this position you will be trained and expected to use ladders up to 32 feet in height, but most work is performed at ground level. One of our window cleaners will be cross-trained in ground-work power washing as well, and will occasionally switch off between the two services (optional). At RS Cleaning, you'll enjoy a hard-working, active, and positive team atmosphere where integrity and good character are our #1 value. Crews typically range in size of 2-3 individuals, with some solo work possible once experienced. We meet at one location (Lehi) every day, and go out from that location in company vehicles to perform our work throughout the Wasatch region. All equipment and cleaning supplies are provided. All drive time is paid.•

Pay Structure Outline:

Base Hourly Pay (Starting at $15 per hour): Paid for all hours worked, including drive time, meetings, training, work at the jobsite, etc. Bonus Hourly Pay (up to $5 per hour) Bonus hourly pay of up to $5 per hour can be paid for all hours in a given workday, depending on the speed for which various work is completed. Bonus pay is awarded in Tiers depending on speed, with relation to our job speed targets. We can calculate based on a home's number of windows, and other job factors, our team's speed target for completing the job that day. Targets are listed for each job and the team is trained on how to achieve speed targets. If a crew meets or exceeds the job speed targets for a day, they are awarded $5 per hour in "Speed bonus" for all hours worked that day. If a crew misses the target, but is within 15% or less over target (within range of the target), they are awarded $3 per hour in "Speed bonus" for all hours worked that day. If a crew misses the target by more than 15%, say 20-30% over target, then no bonus is awarded for that day. The same is also true if a target is achieved but a quality control check reveals the quality of work was very poor. In this case, the Base Hourly pay is earned.

For example:

If the job target for jobs that day was 8 man hours, and the team finished in 9 man hours, then they were 1 hour over target. 1/8 = 12.5% over target. They would earn the Range Bonus ($3 per hour) for all hours worked that day, including drive time. If their base pay was $14 per hour, their total hourly wage for that day was $17 per hour. Some days you may hit target and earn the full bonus, other days you may get range bonus, and it's possible certain days won't return any bonus. More detail is shared in a written policy prior to coming in for paperwork•

Tips:

Onsite technicians share in all cash tips or digitally paid tips evenly. We do multiple types of window cleaning, some of which doesn't involve a residential customer, so tips may not always apply. Opportunities for raises to hourly pay are available depending on rate of progress and speed. This is a fast-paced work environment where consistent hustle and hard work are expected and valued.•
