Job Requirements:

Reliable transportation Professional appearance and respectful demeanor Strong communication and professionalism Ability to work independently or as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills High level of integrity and trustworthiness Must be able to lift at least 10-15 lbs. Availability during weekday daytime hours is preferred, with flexibility for additional scheduled shifts

Job Responsibilities:

Clean residential homes to a high standard Pay close attention to detail and address client-specific requests Arrive on time, complete tasks efficiently, and handle physically demanding work Adapt to changing work environments and schedules Exceed client expectations and proactively report maintenance needs Communicate openly and effectively with team members Respect clients' homes, belongings, privacy, and preferences Uphold the company's core values Maintain a neat, professional appearance and positive attitude while representing the company
