SCHEDULE

Monday - Friday 6am-2:30 pm

MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Pick up trash and replace it with trash liners. General floor maintenance Dust, wall spot, clean all glass, polish, sanitize all areas. Wash, clean, wipe down, sponge, rinse, scour, and disinfect any assigned work area Note and report all areas in need of repair and any hazardous condition requiring correction. Adhere to all safety rules and requirements and all policies and procedures Report all damage to customer property, suspicious activities and unsafe conditions within their work area to the supervisor. All other duties as defined by your supervisor Adhere to on-site PPE requirements and policies

PRIMARY RESULTS ACCOUNTABLE FOR ACHIEVING

Demonstrate excellent communication skills and personal skills. Responsible for any emergency cleaning occurring during shift. Ability to work independently at customer job site. Ability to identify and resolve areas of conflict or concerns. Report to shift supervisor any items needed to be completed by next shift. Notify supervisor of any discrepancies in the overall condition of the environment, ie., leaking faucet, broken pipe, crack in wall or glass, etc. Must become familiar with cleaning chemical components and safety requirements.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Required to spend on-the-job time on the following physical activities: Stand Walk Lift/Climb Talk/Hear Use hands to finger, handle or feel Reach with hands or arms The Weight or Force requirement in this position is: Up to 40 pounds

VISION REQUIREMENT

This position requires to have close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less), and color vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors). Depth perception (three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships) Ability to adjust focus (ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus)

Due to the nature of the work and customer-facing expectations, employees are expected to maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times while on duty.

This includes:

Following site-specific dress code and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements. Removing visible piercings (e.g., facial or ear piercings) during work hours unless medically or religiously necessary and approved by management. Pay:
