Janitor/Cleaner

Job Overview Job needs to be started between 6 AM -9 AM and will take ~4-5 hours to complete. Monday -Friday We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Janitor/Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our building. This vital role involves performing a variety of cleaning and custodial tasks to ensure that all areas are hygienic, organized, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, possess a keen eye for detail, and be motivated to contribute to a positive atmosphere for staff and visitors alike. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment Conduct care activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, window washing, and attention to detail to maintain a pristine appearance Maintain cleanliness of windows, glass surfaces, and fixtures to ensure clarity and shine Follow safety protocols during all cleaning procedures to prevent accidents or injuries Skills Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles with a strong understanding of commercial and residential cleaning techniques Ability to perform facilities maintenance tasks efficiently and safely Experience with Porter duties or general custodial responsibilities in busy environments Strong attention to detail to ensure all spaces are spotless and well-organized Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Join our team as a Janitor/Cleaner and play a crucial role in creating a clean, safe space that fosters productivity and comfort.
