High-rise window cleaning, rope access, commercial cleaning, construction, or outdoor labor What's In It For You Competitive weekly pay: $900•1,200 Dental and health insurance Paid Time Off Performance bonuses: potential to earn on every project Company events: BBQs, team-building days, community service events, and more What You'll Do Clean windows on high-rise and multi-story commercial buildings using rope access, swing stage, and/or boom lift equipment Operate rope descent systems (RDS), bosun chairs, harnesses, and other high-rise access gear safely Inspect all equipment (ropes, anchors, harnesses, carabiners, descenders) before and after use Follow OSHA, IWCA, SPRAT/IRATA, and company-specific safety procedures Read and follow job site plans including drop plans, building diagrams, and anchor point instructions Communicate with ground crew and team members via radios or hand signals Clean frames, ledges, mullions, and glass surfaces professionally for streak-free results Report building damage, hazardous conditions, or equipment issues immediately Maintain accurate service logs, job sheets, and safety documentation Work efficiently to complete high-rise routes and contracted buildings on time Assist with setup and teardown of rigging, anchor systems, and perimeter safety zones Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally Why You'll Love Working With Us Inclusive environment: Every team member feels valued Opportunities for advancement: We promote from within and provide clear career growth What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED Valid Driver License Strong physical stamina Experience with rope access, climbing, window cleaning, or construction
