Duties Perform thorough cleaning of interior and exterior windows on properties using appropriate tools and techniques use equipment such as ladders to access high or hard-to-reach windows safely and efficiently Maintain cleanliness of surrounding areas, including sills, frames, and adjacent surfaces, to ensure a pristine overall appearance Follow safety protocols rigorously, including proper use of harnesses and safety gear when working at heights Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning requirements and ensure their satisfaction Document completed work and report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly Assist with janitorial or custodial tasks as needed to support overall property cleanliness Requirements pay attention to detail and work hard!
