In this full-time role, you will oversee daily custodial operations, ensure high standards of cleanliness, and maintain a safe and welcoming environment across our facilities. Your leadership will inspire a team dedicated to delivering exceptional janitorial and custodial services, including floor care, industrial cleaning, and general maintenance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to coordinate cleaning projects, implement quality standards, and foster a positive work atmosphere while supporting the overall operational success of our organization. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate custodial staff to ensure efficient completion of cleaning tasks across all facility areas Develop and implement cleaning schedules for commercial, industrial, and residential spaces, including floor buffing and detailed sanitation routines Conduct quality inspections to uphold cleanliness standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations Train team members on proper cleaning techniques, equipment use, safety procedures, and customer service expectations Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance, and procurement needs to support ongoing operations Oversee special projects such as painting touch-ups or minor repairs to maintain facility appearance and functionality Promote a positive team environment by providing coaching, feedback, and support for staff development Experience Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial settings with a focus on floor care and deep cleaning procedures Previous supervisory or managerial experience in facilities maintenance or custodial services is highly desirable Familiarity with residential painting techniques and industrial cleaning methods enhances your versatility in this role Knowledge of buffing equipment, commercial cleaning products, and overall facilities maintenance practices is essential Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is required to effectively communicate with diverse team members and stakeholders Join us as a Custodial Manager to lead a dedicated team committed to maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments.
