Unlimited Perfections is growing, and we need a Day Porter who can own a building independently and hold it to a professional standard every single day. Our clients trust us because we deliver. We need someone who works the same way. What you'll do You're the daily standard-setter for the building. You work independently, stay active, and keep everything at a level that gets noticed for the right reasons. Maintain polished, streak-free entrances and elevators Sanitize high-touch points throughout the day Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to a consistent standard Spot-clean all glass and door panels — no smudges, ever Keep common grounds fully free of debris Complete weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly tasks per our professional Scope of Work Requirements 3+ years of professional cleaning, janitorial, or porter experience Strong track record of reliability and consistency Able to manage a building independently without supervision Must speak, read, and write English clearly Clean background check Reliable daily transportation Physically able to bend, lift, walk, and remain active throughout your shift What you get Monday-Friday schedule — no weekends Paid training with clear expectations Performance bonuses Advancement paths to supervisor and area manager roles A people-first culture that respects your time and your work You're the right fit if you notice fingerprints before anyone else does, you communicate professionally with residents and management, and people have described you as "the one everyone can count on."
