Job Outline:
Be punctual and responsible. Have the ability to follow instructions. Have experience in general cleaning and maintenance work. Possess physical ability to do the job. Pay attention to detail. Have the ability to work independently. Handle supplies and materials with responsibility and honesty. Have the ability to fill work orders efficiently. Availability to assist area managers. Repair and maintain the company's cleaning equipment. Be able to follow Phoenix Quality Control processes and programs to the letter. Perform other tasks that are assigned by the management of the company.
Requirements:
YOU MUST HAVE AN AUTHORIZATION TO WORK IN THE UNITED STATES. MUST HAVE A VEHICLE, VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE AND EXEMPLARY DRIVING RECORD. MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK. SPEAK ENGLISH AND SPANISH
