Job Description
About the
Role:
We're looking for a reliable backup cleaner to join our team on an on-call basis. This is a great opportunity if you're looking for flexible evening work with the potential to grow into a part-time role with a set schedule as our business expands. You'll step in when our regular team needs coverage due to illness, vacation, or scheduling conflicts. Shifts are typically 1-2 hours and take place between 6:00 PM and 11:00 PM at commercial facilities in Northern Virginia.What You'll Do:
Clean commercial spaces including classrooms, restrooms, offices, and common areas Follow detailed checklists to ensure consistent quality Communicate promptly when called for shifts Maintain professionalism and reliabilityWhat We're Looking For:
Flexibility- Able to commute to locations throughout Northern Virginia (Chantilly, Arlington, Sterling, etc.) Reliability
- Respond quickly to on-call requests and show up on time Attention to detail
- Take pride in your work and maintain high standards Experience preferred
- Previous janitorial, housekeeping, or school cleaning experience is a plus Transportation
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required Availability
- Available for evening shifts (6:00 PM
- 11:00 PM) on 24-hour notice
