Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor/Cleaner III (Lead in Training) for a full-time position. This role is ideal for individuals with strong custodial skills who are interested in advancing their responsibilities and leadership capabilities within our cleaning and maintenance team. The position involves performing a variety of cleaning, maintenance, and facility upkeep tasks to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment across commercial and residential properties. Candidates should possess relevant janitorial experience and be committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. Position Overview This is a working leadership-track role for someone who: Has strong commercial cleaning experience Wants to grow into team leadership Is dependable and detail-oriented Is comfortable driving between job sites You will perform cleaning duties while learning how to lead teams, conduct inspections, and support management. Responsibilities Perform commercial cleaning at multiple client locations Drive company vehicle between job sites as needed Assist with team coordination and task assignments Conduct quality inspections Help train and support new team members Maintain professional standards at all sites Requirements 3+ years commercial cleaning experience Clean driving record (required) Valid driver's license Comfortable working at multiple sites throughout shift Reliable, punctual, and professional Able to lift up to 35 lbs and remain active during shift Growth Opportunity This role is designed to develop into a management position based on performance, reliability, and leadership growth.
