Special Projects & Construction Cleaner

Job Overview We are hiring dependable and motivated Special projects & Construction Cleaners to prepare newly built or renovated spaces for occupancy. This is a professional cleaning position and requires an eye for detail! Work environments change frequently and require flexibility, attention to detail, and safety awareness. Our team works around various job sites in Hampton Roads, Williamsburg, Richmond, and parts of North Carolina. Our Pay is Weekly! Responsibilities Travel to various construction job sites Detail clean kitchens, bathrooms, fixtures, cabinets, sinks, tubs, rails, and other surfaces Sweep, vacuum, mop, and polish floors Scrape paint, caulk, tape, and adhesive residue Clean windows using professional squeegee methods (training provided) Operate or learn equipment such as buffers and wet/dry vacuums Follow safety rules and PPE requirements Work independently and as part of a team Arrive on time consistently and ready to work Qualifications

VALID DRIVERS LICENSE IS REQUIRED

Reliable transportation is required . Work locations vary and we are not always near public transportation. $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
