The Cleaning Geeks is a residential cleaning company expanding into Fredericksburg, Colonial Beach, Spotsylvania, and other surrounding areas. We're bringing the same quality and professionalism to the Fredericksburg area, and we're looking for reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to join us on the ground floor as we grow in this market. This is a real opportunity to build consistent, recurring routes with a company that has a proven track record. Responsibilities Provide top-quality cleaning services, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing. Follow established cleaning procedures and quality standards to ensure client satisfaction. Communicate effectively with clients to address any concerns. Requirements Minimum of 1 year of professional residential cleaning experience (paid work for a company or managing your own cleaning team). Excellent time management and organizational skills. Valid driver's license and own vehicle. Strong communication and customer service skills; must be able to communicate via text and call regarding cleanings. Must pass a background check Must have own professional cleaning equipment and solutions. Valid SSN What You'll Get $100-$400 depending on job size and type Weekly pay every Monday Flexible scheduling Consistent recurring clients as your route builds Ground floor opportunity with a growing, reviewed, and reputable company

Pay:

$25.00 - $38.00 per hour
