Medical, Dental, Vision Job Overview for Contract Custodians The Lee Group is seeking dependable and hardworking Contract Custodians to join a valued client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and is committed to creating a safe and welcoming workplace for employees and visitors. Job Responsibilities of Contract Custodians Clean the interior of buildings, including floors, carpets, rugs, windows, and walls Disinfect frequently touched surfaces such as desks, door handles, office equipment, and phones Empty trash and recycling bins Stock and maintain cleaning and supply rooms Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors Clean and sanitize restrooms Wash windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces Dust furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces Operate floor scrubbers and other cleaning equipment Monitor cleaning supply inventory and request replenishment as needed Report unsafe conditions or maintenance concerns to supervisors Perform other duties as assigned Job Qualifications of Contract Custodians Previous custodial, janitorial, or housekeeping experience preferred but not required Ability to work independently and efficiently Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Ability to follow safety procedures and cleaning protocols Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members Working Conditions & Physical Requirements of Contract Custodians Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, and lifting Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment as needed May be exposed to cleaning chemicals and industrial cleaning products Must be comfortable working in various indoor environments Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively Shift Details 1st Shift Monday through Friday Consistent daytime schedule About The Lee Group The Lee Group is driven by our purpose and passion - Aligning Talent, Growing Businesses, and Changing Lives!
