Exterior Cleaning Technician — Entry Level (Fairfax, VA)
Pay:
$20.00 - $35.00 per hour (based on production & experience)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8AM-6PM + every other Saturday (Full Time) $500 Sign-On Bonus after 60 Days of Employment Shine Select is now hiring Field Technicians in Fairfax, VA. What You'll Do Perform residential and commercial exterior cleaning: houses, roofs, siding, decks, windows, and gutters Operate professional soft washing and pressure washing equipment Climb ladders and access roofs safely Maintain top-tier safety and quality standards Greet customers, complete walk-throughs, ensure satisfaction Work closely with the operations team to keep jobs running smoothly You'll wear professional uniforms, drive wrapped company vans, and represent Shine Select with pride and professionalism.
