Porter - We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Porter to join our team. The porter plays a crucial role in ensuring the dealership lot is organized, vehicles are properly positioned, and customer experiences are exceptional. Responsibilities will

Include:

Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the parking lot Providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers at all times Ensuring common courtesy is shown toward all clients Maintains professional appearance Friendly and customer service focused Directing and parking vehicles in an organized manner Checking vehicles for damages and reporting any issues Performing minor vehicle maintenance such as car washing, tire pressure checks, and fluid top-ups Ensuring that all parked vehicles are locked and secure Keeping track of parking spaces availability Assisting with the movement and display of vehicles for sale Enforcing parking lot safety rules and regulations Monitor and maintain safety and security in the parking area Ensure the parking lot is free from debris and litter Assist with vehicle movement as needed Report any suspicious activities or security breaches to management Comply with all company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

18 years of age or older Reliable transportation to and from work High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires Valid driver's license and clean driving record Bill Page Honda promotes a drug-free environment.
