Position Overview We are seeking a reliable, highly organized, and autonomous Janitorial Route Specialist to manage our Farmville Cluster Route . This position is ideal for an independent operator who enjoys managing a regional route and traveling between dedicated commercial facility accounts. The route is strictly structured into two distinct operational days ( Day A and Day B ), with service frequencies varying between weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly accounts.

The Route Structure & Frequencies:

DAY A:

Farmville Location 1 — Weekly (4x per month) Farmville Location 2 — Bi-Weekly (2x per month) Prospect Location — Monthly (1x per month) Dillwyn Location — Monthly (1x per month) Buckingham Location — Monthly (1x per month)

DAY B:

Arvonia Location — Monthly (1x per month) Scottsville Location — Monthly (1x per month) Palmyra Location — Monthly (1x per month)

Key Responsibilities:

Execute professional janitorial cleaning tasks efficiently across all designated commercial settings along the route. Maintain clean and orderly flooring by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. Clean, sanitize, and polish restrooms, ensuring all essential supplies are fully replenished. Empty trash receptacles and safely dispose of waste in designated areas. Dust, sanitize, and wipe down high-touch surfaces, including desks, countertops, and tables. Manage time efficiently to complete travel and cleaning requirements across all locations scheduled for the day. Utilize our company mobile app ( AppSheet ) for GPS-verified clock-ins, clock-outs, and digital checklist completions at every single stop. Promptly document and report any onsite maintenance, leaks, or security repair needs through the app.

Requirements:

Reliable Transportation:

Must own a dependable, fuel-efficient vehicle capable of navigating the regional route across Farmville, Prospect, Dillwyn, Buckingham, Arvonia, Scottsville, and Palmyra (Required).

Scheduling Commitment:

Strict adherence to ensuring weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly frequencies are fully met without missed visits.

Experience:

Previous experience in commercial route cleaning, janitorial services, or traveling maintenance roles is highly preferred.

Tech-Savvy:

Must own a reliable smartphone and be comfortable using mobile applications (AppSheet) for daily time-tracking and reporting at multiple locations.

Independence:

Strong ability to work completely solo after-hours with absolute integrity, security compliance, and sharp attention to detail.
