Overview Join our dynamic team as a Cleaner-Custodian and play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our facilities. This energetic position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the cleanliness and upkeep of commercial, industrial, and residential spaces. You will be responsible for executing a variety of cleaning and custodial tasks that ensure our spaces are pristine, organized, and well-maintained. Your dedication will help create a positive experience for everyone who enters our facilities. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of floors, including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet care to maintain a spotless appearance. Conduct janitorial duties such as trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, and restroom sanitation to uphold hygiene standards. Execute custodial tasks in both commercial and residential settings, ensuring all areas meet cleanliness expectations. Support facilities maintenance by addressing minor repairs or reporting issues related to cleaning equipment or facility infrastructure. Assist with industrial cleaning projects that may involve specialized equipment or techniques for heavy-duty environments. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and ensure proper storage and usage of chemicals following safety guidelines. Provide porter services by moving furniture or equipment as needed and supporting overall facility upkeep. Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial, industrial, or residential settings is highly preferred. Demonstrated expertise in floor care techniques such as buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing floors. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, safety procedures, and proper use of cleaning equipment is essential. Experience with facilities maintenance tasks or porter responsibilities I is advantageous. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety standards. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards across all areas.
