This position is part-time , with the potential to become full-time based on performance and company needs. The homes are vacant and require detailed deep cleaning to prepare them for new occupants. this position is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in residential cleaning and customer service. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common areas Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness by dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces Clean appliances, baseboards, fixtures, and windows Ensure each home is move-in ready Care for flooring through sweeping, polishing, carpet cleaning, and floor care techniques to ensure a pristine appearance Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously Follow safety protocols and proper sanitation procedures consistently throughout each shift Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial work with an eye for detail Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation practices Reliable transportation (required) Valid driver's license Must pass a background check Strong attention to detail Dependable and punctual Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to efficiently manage time to complete tasks within scheduled shifts Familiarity with commercial cleaning tools and equipment is a plus Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety Join us in creating clean, comfortable homes for our clients!
