Overview Join our team as a Janitor/Cleaner and be a vital part of maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for everyone. You will be responsible for performing cleaning duties across various areas, ensuring that facilities are spotless, hygienic, and well-maintained. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of floors, carpets, restrooms, offices, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies Maintain cleanliness of windows, glass surfaces, and fixtures to promote a bright and professional environment Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and trash bags to ensure continuous availability Dispose of waste properly and ensure recycling procedures are followed in accordance with company policies Follow safety protocols during cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries Report any maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to the appropriate personnel Adhere to established cleaning schedules and prioritize tasks efficiently to maximize productivity Requirements Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is highly preferred Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, tools, and safety procedures Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as sweeping, mopping, lifting supplies, and standing for extended periods Reliable punctuality and a positive attitude toward teamwork and customer service Reliable transportation with valid insurance and vehicle registration Join us in creating clean environments that inspire confidence and comfort!
