Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and an eye for detail, ensuring that every home is left spotless and welcoming. This role involves performing various cleaning tasks in residential and commercial settings, providing exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Execute floor care duties such as sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing floors to maintain their appearance. Conduct carpet cleaning as needed to ensure carpets are fresh and free from stains. Manage housekeeping tasks effectively, ensuring all areas are clean and organized. Provide custodial services in commercial spaces when required, adhering to safety and cleanliness standards. Launder linens and other fabric items as necessary to maintain hygiene standards. Occasionally assist with meal preparation or cooking duties as requested by clients. Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with clients and respect their privacy and property. Qualifications Previous experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management is preferred but not required. Knowledge of effective cleaning techniques and products for various surfaces. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that require extra care. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team when needed. Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between job sites. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
