Job Description

Janitorial Day Porter Pay:
$15.00 per hour

Location:
Central Virginia Community College — 3506 Wards Rd, Lynchburg, VA 24502 (On-site)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
Requirements:
1 year of cleaning experience and ability to lift 35 lbs repetitively .

What You'll Do As a Janitorial Day Porter, you will keep this campus shining ! Our ideal janitor or custodian teammate will handle daily building upkeep.
Key duties include:
Restocking bathrooms and putting away supplies neatly . General cleaning, dusting, and vacuuming campus areas . Pulling trash and recycling to keep things neat . Cleaning restrooms thoroughly to maintain high sanitization standards . Other building care duties as assigned by your supervisor . What You Bring to the
Team Experience:
1 year of commercial cleaning, janitorial, or custodian experience .
Physical:
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs repetitively to restock supplies and empty trash .
