Training Pay:

$16/hr

After Training:

Cleanings are paid as a flat fee per property (direct deposit). About the Position We are seeking dependable, detail‑oriented cleaners to service Airbnb and vacation rental properties throughout Lynchburg. This is contractor work with flexible scheduling and consistent opportunities during peak season. Responsibilities Clean and reset vacation rentals after guest check‑outs Launder and replace linens Make beds to hospitality standards Clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and common areas Stage and prepare each property for incoming guests Follow checklists and meet quality expectations Report any damages and check inventory Be available for last‑minute bookings between 10 AM-4 PM Readiness & Work Conditions Ensure properties are fully prepared before guest check‑in Travel to multiple locations (reliable vehicle required) Flexible schedule, especially between 10 AM-4 PM Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Requirements Sunday availability is required General Liability Insurance (COI) required after hire Strong work ethic and reliability Common‑sense problem solving Ability to work 3-5 days per week Must be able to start at 10 AM Reliable transportation (not a bus) Experience in vacation rentals, housekeeping, or hospitality is preferred Performance & Quality Periodic inspections to ensure checklist standards Perfection not expected at the start Corrections may be required during training without additional pay Growth and improvement are valued Hiring Timeline We are actively hiring within the next 2-3 days .
