Janitor/Cleaner

Duties Perform thorough cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies Conduct routine janitorial tasks such as dusting, trash removal, window washing, and surface disinfecting to uphold cleanliness standards Operate floor care machinery including buffers and polishers to maintain shiny, well-kept floors Assist with industrial cleaning projects and specialized custodial tasks as needed for different facility areas Support facilities maintenance by reporting repair needs or safety hazards promptly Maintain cleanliness during shift changes by ensuring all areas are tidy and organized Follow safety procedures and use proper protective equipment during all cleaning activities Skills Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles with a strong understanding of commercial or residential cleaning techniques Knowledge of floor care methods including buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing surfaces Familiarity with custodial equipment such as vacuums, floor scrubbers, and cleaning chemicals Ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks efficiently in various environments Experience with facilities maintenance tasks like minor repairs or painting is a plus Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions precisely Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively Join our team and be part of creating a pristine environment that promotes safety, comfort, and professionalism.
