We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Evening Facilities & Grounds Cleaner to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation for our property. In this role, you will be responsible for indoor restroom sanitization, waste management, and exterior grounds upkeep to ensure our facility is clean, safe, and welcoming for morning operations. - Sanitization
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness for both the Men's and Women's public restrooms every evening:
Sanitization :
Thoroughly clean and sanitize toilets, urinals, sinks, and countertops using approved cleaning solutions.
Floors :
Sweep and mop floors with appropriate disinfectant.
Fixtures :
Clean and polish mirrors, faucets, and metal hardware to remove water spots and streaks.
Waste Removal :
Empty all interior trash cans and sanitary disposal bins, replacing them with fresh liners.
Stocking :
Verify and restock essential supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap). 2. Waste &
- Trash Management
- Locate, empty, and replace liners in all green trash cans across the premises (both front public areas and back dock/facility areas). Securely tie all collected trash bags and transport them immediately to the designated main facility dumpsters. 3. Grounds &
- Litter Mitigation
Cigarette Stations :
Empty, clean, and clear out all designated cigarette butt receptacle stations. Deck &
Parking Lot:
- Walk, inspect, and sweep the entire deck area and parking lot, picking up and properly disposing of loose trash, debris, or stray cigarette litter. Job Requirements &

Efficiency :
Ability to complete all detailed tasks thoroughly within a 1 to 3-hour window.
Consistency :
Maintain reliable, daily attendance to ensure the property is consistently prepared for the next business day. Shift Management &

- : Strict adherence to accurate time tracking (clocking in immediately upon arrival and clocking out immediately following task completion).
Flexibility to adjust shift start times with prior communication and alignment with management.
Safety First :
Commitment to using proper handling techniques and personal protective equipment (such as gloves) when handling waste or chemicals. Qualifications Previous experience in janitorial, custodial, or groundskeeping work is a plus but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Reliable transportation to the job site.
