$30.73/hour + $7.80/hour Health & Welfare (H&W) Position Overview T47 International is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Custodian to support operations at a secure federal facility in Quantico, Virginia . This position requires an active Top Secret clearance due to the highly sensitive work environment.

Compensation Base Pay:

$30.73 per hour Health & Welfare (H&W): $7.80 per hour (in addition to base pay)

$38.53 Key Responsibilities Perform general cleaning and janitorial duties in secure office spaces and facilities Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors Clean restrooms, kitchens, and common areas Remove trash and recycling in accordance with facility procedures Maintain cleanliness standards in compliance with federal and site-specific requirements Safely operate cleaning equipment and handle cleaning chemicals Adhere strictly to all security protocols and procedures Minimum Requirements Active Top Secret security clearance (required - no exceptions) Previous custodial, janitorial, or facilities maintenance experience preferred Strong attention to detail and reliability Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions Must comply with all federal security and background requirements Work Environment Secure government facility Strict adherence to access control and security policies required Shifts may include early morning, daytime, or evening schedules Why Join T47 International?
