Part time janitorial cleaner

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Part-Time Janitorial Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our facilities. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across various areas such as offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces Use commercial cleaning equipment like floor buffers and scrubbers to maintain floor care standards Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure continuous availability Conduct deep cleaning tasks periodically, including carpet cleaning and window washing Follow safety protocols for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment to prevent accidents or injuries Assist with light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs or minor repairs when needed Maintain detailed logs of cleaning activities and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings is preferred Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, waxing, and carpet cleaning Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies is advantageous Experience in facilities maintenance or porter roles adds value to your application Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure thorough cleaning routines Physical stamina to perform manual tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Join our team as a Part-Time Janitorial Cleaner and help create a pristine environment that promotes safety, comfort, and professionalism.
