As a Cleaner Janitorial Worker, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of cleaning and custodial tasks that ensure our spaces are spotless, organized, and well-maintained. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of floors, windows, restrooms, offices, and common areas using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment. Conduct routine janitorial tasks such as trash removal, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces to uphold hygiene standards. Operate floor care equipment including buffing machines and floor polishers to maintain pristine flooring conditions. Assist with light maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, minor repairs, and reporting larger maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel. Support industrial cleaning projects or specialized custodial duties as needed to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and ensure all equipment is properly maintained and stored. Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and promote a secure working environment. Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services within commercial or residential settings. Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing floors. Familiarity with industrial cleaning methods and facilities maintenance procedures. Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as vacuums, floor scrubbers, buffers, and carpet cleaners safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
