In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and safety across various outdoor and indoor areas, ensuring a pristine environment for staff and visitors alike. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will contribute to the overall appearance and functionality of our facilities, creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our commitment to excellence. This position offers an opportunity to develop your skills in commercial and industrial cleaning while supporting the ongoing upkeep of our grounds and facilities. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of outdoor areas, including sweeping, debris removal, and trash collection to maintain a tidy environment. Assist with interior cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming, elevators glass windows and restroom sanitation to uphold high standards of hygiene. Support floor care activities including Scrubbing and Sweeping of breezeways. Follow safety protocols diligently during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries.

Qualifications Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial, industrial, or residential settings is preferred. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions as well as indoors with attention to detail. Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality; ability to follow instructions carefully. Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and performing manual tasks throughout the shift. Familiarity with safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment is advantageous.
