Working from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, you will be the first line of support in ensuring that all areas are spotless, well-maintained, and inviting for staff, visitors, and clients alike. Responsibilities Perform daily cleaning tasks across various areas including lobbies, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met. Conduct routine janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and restocking supplies. Maintain floors through Vacuuming, Dust mopping and Mopping. Assist with light custodial tasks related to facilities maintenance, including minor repairs or reporting larger issues promptly. Support industrial cleaning efforts when necessary, including cleaning equipment or specialized areas. Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored and maintained for safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the facility. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services with a strong understanding of commercial or residential cleaning practices. Knowledge of floor care techniques such as buffing and basic maintenance procedures. Familiarity with industrial cleaning methods and facilities maintenance is preferred. Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently while managing time efficiently during scheduled hours. Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting issues promptly.
