Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Apartment Turnover Cleaner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing vacant apartments for new residents by thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing all living spaces. Your energetic approach will ensure each unit is spotless, welcoming, and ready for occupancy. Preferred Qualifications Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable and dependable attendance Spanish-speaking or bilingual (English/Spanish) applicants are encouraged to apply Experience cleaning apartment turnovers is a plus Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of apartments, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces. Ensure all surfaces are sanitized, dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and polished to meet company standards. Maintain detailed records of completed cleaning tasks and report any damages or maintenance issues found during turnover. Follow safety protocols and proper sanitation procedures to promote a healthy environment for residents and staff. Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or housekeeping management. Familiarity with cleaning tools and equipment such as vacuums, steam cleaners, buffers, and carpet extractors. Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in apartment or hotel environments. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy items, bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Customer service skills to interact professionally with property managers or residents when needed. Prior experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is a plus; certifications in floor care or custodial services are advantageous.
