Job Summary:

``` We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Janitorial Supervisors to oversee the operations of multiple facilities in Woodbridge area. The Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness a of the facilities, as well as managing the onsite supervisor staff. The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of Janitorial Manager experience. This is a PT position between 4pm & 10pm (M-F) (hours are flexible) ```

Duties & Qualifications:

``` Manage and supervise a team of custodial supervisor staff, providing guidance and support Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Conduct regular inspections to ensure that facilities are well-maintained and meet safety standards Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner Maintain records of work performed, including cleaning schedules, inspections, and maintenance activities Responsible for multiple facilities. Responsible to oversee periodic work as well as special projects. Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in the janitorial industry. Must have floor maintenance experience in all type of floor works and floor machines. Must be able to speak fluently in English and Spanish Must have a good personal management skill and communication skill to communicate with clients and staff on daily basis. Must have strong computer skills (Emails, Microsoft word, Excel) Must have fully developed skills in a variety of cleaning processes. Must be able to pass background check and legal to work in the US. Experience in managing contract over 200,000 Square Footage is a plus. Have knowledge and skill to provide personnel training and supervision. Responsible for overall direction and coordination of assigned project. Must be available to work with flexible hours from 10am to 3pm.
